Another new and improved product Poly-Steele Homebuilders uses is insulation. The ICF walls from PolySteel have insulation with a constant R-value of 22, which is equivalent to an R-value of +50 for a stick built house, but some areas such as the attic will need to be insulated. Instead of using the standard blown in insulation or batts, your home will be built with expanding spray foam. This will seal all the gaps and not allow the outside air and dust to infiltrate your living area providing a very tight and energy efficient home.
