Poly-Steele Homebuilders, LLC is currently working on two projects in the Northeast Georgia area:  Oconee Station is in Jackson County just south of Jefferson on GA 124, and  Chapman Grove Estates is in western Walton County in the Bold Springs area on Hickory Grove Church Road.
